Hotel kid activities and child care is available during the conference through the - Hilton Activities & Recreations Team (HART).

If you will be traveling with your children and want to take advantage of the hotel activities, please make contact by email to Julian Boyce at the hotel or call 1-246-426-0200 directly.  Indicate the number of children you’ll be bringing and their age(s) so the hotel can develop age-appropriate activities for everyone to enjoy. There will be more information and activity sign up onsite at the Hilton.

Additionally, babysitting can be booked by email to Natalie Clarke at the hotel or telephone (+1 246 426 0200).  This can be arranged before arrival to the hotel. Alternatively, once you are a guest of the hotel babysitting can be booked by telephone or at the concierge desk subject to availability.

As an author or co-author, an official letter-of-acceptance that confirms that your paper has been accepted and reaffirms the expectation that you will attend the Conference is available for download. The letter can be used for visa and travel support applications and its download is available from PaperPlaza. The procedure for obtaining your acceptance letter is as follows:

1. Go to PaperPlaza and Login.
2. Enter your PIN number and Password.
3. In the Access a Workspace choose:
4. Enter Author or Proposer of Submission # (your paper #) 
5. Then, Choose an Option, and click on Request an Acceptance Letter.
6. Fill out the necessary Information.
7. Download the pdf file of your Acceptance Letter.

An invitation letter on conference letterhead will be issued upon request for those who do not have a paper in the conference program but wish to attend the conference and have paid the registration fees. Please contact the Registration Chair, Tom Oomen with the subject “Request for Invitation Letter to the CCTA2023”.
